Pilates in English in Gdańsk and Online

Looking for Pilates in English? I teach one-to-one Pilates sessions in Gdańsk every Thursday and online Monday to Friday. Every session is private, built around your body and your goals, and taught in clear, natural English.

Why One-to-One Pilates?

Group classes have their place, but they move at the pace of the room. In a one-to-one session, every minute is spent on you. Exercises are chosen for your body, adjusted in real time, and progressed when you are ready, not when the timetable says so. If you are new to Pilates, returning after injury, or you have tried classes and felt lost at the back, private sessions are usually the faster route to feeling confident in your movement.

Pilates in English, In Person in Gdańsk

In-person sessions run every Thursday at FizjoTeam Fizjoterapia, ul. Juliusza Słowackiego 77, Gdańsk. The clinic is easy to reach from across the Trójmiasto, including Sopot and Gdynia. As an English-speaking practitioner working with the international community here, I know how much easier it is to learn movement when nothing is lost in translation.

Online Pilates Sessions

Online Pilates in English is available Monday to Friday. All you need is a mat, a stable internet connection, and enough floor space to lie down with your arms out. Sessions run over Google Meet, and I coach you through each exercise visually and verbally, watching your movement and correcting as we go, just as I would in the room. Online sessions suit busy schedules, travel weeks, and anyone outside Gdańsk who wants to keep working with an English-speaking teacher.

Who I Work With

Most of my Pilates clients are people who sit at a desk all day, people rebuilding strength and confidence after an injury or a long break from exercise, and runners and other active people who want better control and body awareness. As an osteopath as well as a movement teacher, I bring a clinical understanding of anatomy to every session. If pain is the main thing bringing you here, osteopathy may be the better starting point, and I can help you decide.

What to Expect in Your First Session

Your first session starts with a conversation about your goals, your history, and anything you want to work on or work around. We then move through a short movement assessment and a first set of exercises matched to where you are now. You leave with a clear picture of what we will build together and, if you want it, something simple to practise between sessions.
